The main objectives of this work package are:

To capture a summary assessment of the current market status for AAL, along with key indicators of market trends;
To examine and critique the dominant business models within this market assessment, in terms of their suitability for emergent market demand;
To use this understanding of market needs and business models, in identifying gaps between current product and service offerings and those required for the delivery of emergent care models;
To define priorities for service delivery research and associated business model development to facilitate market growth across the European region in AAL.
