R&D cooperation Europe-Korea on life long health
The European Commission undertakes an effort to promote the R&D Cooperation with the Republic of Korea and initiated the project KORANET, which is carried out by Ministries and Innovation agencies across Europe and the National Research Foundation of Korea (www.koranet.eu).
The KORANET project aims at launching a Pilot Joint Call. The theme for KORANET Pilot Joint Call will be "Research for life-long health", with the following sub-topics: Health, Technologies (including biotechnology, engineering, materials, nanotechnology, ICT and robotics) and Social Sciences.
From the KORANET website, you can download a profile form (Mapping institutions template). It is targeted at researchers’ group, key S&T institutions and competency networks, which are interested in the EU-Korea cooperation and active in the thematic field of the future call "Research for life-long health". With the replies received, we will compile a partnering catalogue and an inventory of Key S&T Institutions in Europe and Korea which will be freely available on Koranet website. A brochure should be delivered to European and Korean National Contact Points (NCPs) and other related players in order to support partner search activities.
We would be very grateful if you could fill in this template and return it to Sophie Fourmond until 12th January (fourmond@vdivde-it.de). Maybe you could also disseminate this template to your further contacts in Europe.
